Thanks for dropping by, glad you could make it. Hope traffic was ok and you found the place alright.
My name is Stu. People call me Stu, Stuey, Chappo, Chapstick, Stu Balls, Beef Stu, Stu Banger, Stu Burger and Stuart, amongst a wide array of diverse and endearing names.
Personally, I'm honest and kind and easy to work with. I think that stuff is important first and foremost. I've found over the years the character and substance of the person comes first, most people can do the work thing. I'm fun and tall-ish, I have a beard most of the time and I like to paint. I wish I had a dog. I live for ocean swims. I take cold showers every morning. I'm a coffee person.
Professionally speaking, I’m a visual storyteller specialising in graphic design, creative direction, art direction, project curation, branding, ideation, photography, video, social and digital across a range of mediums. I have a passion for connecting with like-minded humans and creating projects with a strong sense of community and purpose in mind.
I like images and words, static and moving. I love creating a collaborative environment that is fun and interactive yet strategic in its approach, allowing the creative process to grow organically and effectively to reach its full potential. I love being around the raw, authentic energy of the creative process in full flight and injecting my own knowledge and expertise into the mix.
I have worked across a range of industries as a freelance designer, in-house designer and creative consultant for the past 15+ years in both the public and private sectors, picking up a few awards along the way and making some wonderful connections. I’m the Founder and Curator of global film photography project Indisposable Concept, and moonlight as a freelance creative, bringing small and big ideas to life for my clients.
Have an idea you want to bring to life or just feel like having a chat? I'm always open to streaming suggestions and exciting new ideas. Please drop me a line sometime so we can connect and make great stuff together.
